“A balance must be obtained to pursue overall wellness.”
Seth graduated from the University of New Hampshire in the Fall of 1998 w/ a degree in Athletic Training. Upon graduation, he took a position with HealthSouth in Lynnfield, MA where he split time between clinical rehabilitation and as the Head Athletic Trainer for an area high school. During his time at the clinic, he also took part in a New England Patriots NFL junior development camp. After 3 years, he took a position as a Personal Trainer with the Mount Auburn Club in Watertown, Massachusetts. While employed at the MAC, he was one of two trainers asked to help design and work as part of a Cancer Wellness team. In addition, Seth also worked closely with the tennis professionals on staff to develop a "Fitness for Tennis program" to help integrate the two departments. Seth continued on to both Colorado and back to Maine where his career further developed with both Personal Training, managerial duties, staff development and projects within the communities in which he works. He believes strongly that one's goals can be met through hard work, proper progressions and comfort level while balancing activity/exercise with the rest of what one is involved with on a daily basis.
Seth currently holds certifications with the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCA/NSCA), and Cancer Wellness.

It’s actually a synthesis of many Eastern and Western practices. The environment needs to be compatible to the practice. In the new Body Architect my goal was to create a space that fosters and nurtures my clients’ practice.”
